Dr. Ramdas Sangle, M.B.B.S., is the visionary Founder and Partner of Vaibhavlaxmi Builders & Developers. With a rare blend of compassion gained from over two decades in medical practice and sharp insight into real estate development, he has shaped the company with a people-first philosophy.

Beginning his journey from a humble background, Dr. Sangle entered the real estate sector in 1992 with a simple yet powerful belief—that every family deserves a quality home they can truly call their own. Over the last 35+ years, his leadership has been guided by integrity, affordability, and long-term value creation.

Mr. Aditya Sangle
Director - Planning & Finance

Mr. Aditya Sangle brings a forward-looking perspective to Vaibhavlaxmi Builders & Developers through his expertise in finance, planning, and strategic design. An engineering graduate with professional experience of over four years in an Investment Bank, he combines analytical rigor with a deep understanding of capital management and long-term value creation.

With close to a decade of hands-on involvement at Vaibhavlaxmi Builders & Developers, Aditya plays a pivotal role as the Chief Financial Officer of the organization. Beyond finance, he leads the Design and Strategy function, ensuring that every project aligns with the company's vision of sustainable growth, efficiency, and customer-centric development.

His leadership reflects a balance of innovation and discipline—driving smart planning, responsible financial stewardship, and future-ready design. Through his strategic insight, Aditya continues to strengthen the company's foundation while shaping its evolution for the next generation.

Mr. Amit Pangam
Director - Operations

Mr. Amit Pangam brings deep operational strength to Vaibhavlaxmi Builders & Developers, shaped by a lifelong connection to the construction and real estate industry. Hailing from a family with strong roots in construction, real estate came naturally to him, and over the past decade, he has built extensive hands-on experience across liasoning, approvals, and on-ground operations.

A Commerce graduate from Mumbai University, Amit combines practical industry knowledge with a strong understanding of business processes and regulatory frameworks. As Chief Operations Officer, he plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution across projects—coordinating stakeholders, streamlining operations, and translating vision into timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery.

Driven by discipline, reliability, and accountability, Amit's leadership ensures that every promise made to customers is fulfilled on the ground. His contribution strengthens the company's operational backbone, supporting Vaibhavlaxmi's commitment to trust, transparency, and sustainable growth

Ms. Harshada Sangle
Director - Sales & Marketing

Ms. Harshada Sangle leads the Sales & Marketing function at Vaibhavlaxmi Builders & Developers with a clear focus on building meaningful and lasting customer relationships. A management graduate from Mumbai University, she brings over six years of professional experience, combining strategic thinking with a deep passion for marketing and brand building.

At the core of her leadership is a strong commitment to understanding customer needs and expectations. Her insight into market dynamics, coupled with a customer-centric approach, has helped set benchmarks in creating transparent, trustworthy, and value-driven customer experiences across the organization.

Ms. Mayuri Sangle
Director - Procurement & Technology

Ms. Mayuri Sangle leads the Procurement & Technology function at Vaibhavlaxmi Builders & Developers, bringing a strong technology-driven mindset to the organization's operational and strategic processes. A Computer Engineering graduate, she brings close to a decade of experience, combining technical expertise with a practical understanding of procurement and system optimization.

Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening technology-enabled processes across the organization—improving efficiency, transparency, and control at every stage of development. By integrating smart systems and data-driven decision-making, Mayuri ensures that procurement and technology functions support both cost efficiency and quality outcomes.
